Many of the challenges we face in life overwhelm us not because they are too big,
but because we are not clear about why we are here at all.
When life has no deeper context, every problem feels personal, heavy, and threatening.
So we quietly ask—sometimes consciously, sometimes silently:
Is life only about being born, eating, enjoying, having children, taking care of family, and then dying?
Animals do this too.
If that were all, then what makes human life different?
Human beings are not accidental upgrades of animals.
We are born with the capacity to question, to reflect, and to be aware.
And wherever awareness exists, there is a deeper purpose.
The true purpose of human life is not merely to live, survive, or succeed.
It is to discover who we really are.
One thing we already know with certainty:
We are not the body.
The body changes, ages, weakens, and will one day fall away.
We are not the mind.
Thoughts appear and disappear without our permission.
We are not the intellect.
Even intelligence is something we can observe.
This is often expressed as BMI — Body, Mind, Intellect.
If we can observe all three, then none of them can be who we truly are.
This is not a question to be answered intellectually.
It is a seed.
A seed planted not to get an answer,
but to awaken awareness.
When this question is held gently—
“Who am I, really?”
—not rushed, not forced, not analysed—
something begins to shift.
Attention turns inward.
Identification loosens.
Silence becomes meaningful.
This question is not planted to create more thinking.
It is planted to end unnecessary questioning.
When awareness turns toward itself,
many problems that once seemed overwhelming lose their grip.
Not because life becomes perfect,
but because the one who was struggling is seen more clearly.
And when that is seen,
clarity replaces confusion,
and peace replaces endless seeking.
The purpose of human life is not achievement.
It is realisation.
Not becoming someone new,
but discovering what has always been here.
When this is seen,
life continues—
but it is no longer carried as a burden.
